Agent connected printer to desktop. Works fine now works great. Looks great

Good work by the person troubleshooted He was able to resolve this issue

1st agent was rude, threatened to cancel call, was not very knowledgeable, gave an incomplete setup. 2nd agent was wonderful, came prepared, did a good install. 3rd and 4th agents were "cool cats", working out of their district, took a lot of time to diagnose and correct a small glitch in overall install.

Went ok, but poor response to phone calls for more help.

Best Buy refused to service my 3D printer after agreeing to receive payment and having to wait 3 hours for their service call response that they wouldn’t help. Very poor customer experience from geek squad. Will not use again!

it took the agents 2 trips to resolve my problem but it was resolved

Salesperson misinformed me, according to a service technician who came to correct a problem "in home."

They accomplished absolutely nothing other than to sell me a new power strip. They could not figure out the problem, even though it was the Geek Squad remotely that made the issue worse and the printer absolutely no good. I purchased the printer last September and had trouble with it within a month. The Geek Squad worked on it remotely and it didn't work for long. They worked on it remotely again and made it worse. When the 2 individuals came here they couldn't figure it out and told me I should buy a new printer. Give me a break. This is a new printer. As a result, I will not renew my total membership and will not make future purchases at Best Buy. Review my account. There have been several large purchases in the last few years. There are better options. My rating is NO STARS AT ALL.

These sheets are okay but not really great- when you wash them the first time there is a lot of blue fuzze that comes off and they definately do not havew enough grip to keep them on the bed if you toss and turn

Very happy with the the service tech,he resolved my printer problem in record time. My issue was with the delaying my appointment fo two more weeks the day before my scheduled appointment.

My printer problem was solved by the Geek Squad who came out! Prompt service.

I have placed a request to repair my 3D printer. I repeatedly told them that it is a 3D printer. Service center agent confirmed that Greek Squad repairs the 3D printer. Also, I asked the technician should come after 4 pm. The technician called me and told me that they can't come after 4pm. So, I had to reschedule on Saturday, but the technician did not show up or did not get a call. Again, I called the service center and they said that the technician is not available, so they rescheduled for Tuesday. Now, the real surprise to me. A technician came and said that they don't repair 3D printers. This kind of service I git from Greek Squad.

Agent downloaded software and got my printer working.

The agents on the phone took two + hours to tell me that they couldn't resolve my problem. They took over my computer and spent a lot of time on it but couldn't resolve the problem and said I needed a home visit. So two stars for the online service. 5 stars for the tech who came out and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He was great. I'm really not happy with how the online service from the Geek Squad has gone downhill in the last few years. The online agents don't seem to have the skill level that I got used to and that is quite disappointing.

The tech people corrected the issue for the 2nd time. Unfortunetly this Hp printer remains problematic. I have had good luck with Hp printers in the pass but I have spent more money on tech service calls than I spent on the printer purchase
