The service person could not fix. I was left to call HP and when I did they gave me a company name to check on a repair. But before I was let go their tech person had me try one thing. When I did it reset my printer and it’s working so far.

Terrible non service. Couldn't get an appointment, They said there were no techs available at the time to do what I needed. (set up 2 prnters to a laptop and desktop) Tried several times and still no luck. Plus my Best Buy credit card was hacked. I ended up with 3 replacement cards. Which ones do I use? Heading to a store to see if they can figure this mess out.

The Geek squad rep was excellent!!!! He would get a 6 ifI could give him one. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
The scheduling trough Best Buy was absolutely horrible! I would give the scheduling a 0 if I could.

The tech did a very good job initially fixing the printer.
However the same issue recurred a few weeks later. I
called him to come back but he never got back to me.
I am still waiting and I will have to call total tech as I am a member.

I am not happy with Geek Squad service or my HP printer I bought at Best Buy.
I hardly had a chance to use my HP printer when it stopped working. A Geek Squad person came to my home to fix it. They asked me for a piece of scotch tape to fix the problem. I asked if my warranty on the printer was still in effectbecause I hardly used it.! He said I did not have a warranty.!This is confusing since I bought coverage when I bought the printer!!!
Then finally I called the geek squad to come look at the printer again.! He said he was surprised the first person used a piece of tape because that is not normal procedure. He said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to buy a new printer at my own expense.
So no I am not happy with Best Buy, the Geek Squad, or the HP printer!!!
I feel I should be compensated. Though I have a need for a printer I can’t afford to buy another one at all.

I bought an HP Envy 6500e series printer and have had nothing but problems with it. I can't get it connected to my computer. Someone came out and fixed it. Shortly after he left, it didn't work. I spent hours on the phone and email with Best Buy, but t no avail.

When I made the appointment to have my printer serviced, I was charged $99.99 & told that if the problem was not resolved, I was entitled to a refund. The problem was not resolved. I was told that either the problem was internal or I needed to purchase a new printer. I called Best Buy to request a refund, was referred to a particular department then was told that I would need to call the geek squad. I attempted to reach the geek squad, left a message & have not received a response to my call. I will never use Best Buy again

While the HP webpage indicates the Geek Squad is certified to repair printers, when the techs got to my home, they said they were not trained to work on the "insides" of the printer. They ran a test page, cleaned the glass, and told me to call HP. I paid $125 for essentially nothing. I should have been told upfront that they couldn't do this type of repair work. I want my money back.

The tech did not fix the problem of lines going down the paper when scanning or copying, did not check to see if the printer printed when he was done, it did not. He told me to order an entire new top of the printer as he could not get the lines out and that Geek Squad would not come back to install it as it was not worth their time but I could do it myself, LOL. I had to buy a new printer since the computer would not connect with the old printer no matter what was tried and I definitely was not going to replace the whole top of the printer.
