Several Geek Squad guys tried...and spent a good deal of time trying to solve my printer problem...but no luck. In the end, the Geek Squad guy told me that buying and installing a new print cartridge would solve my problem. It didn't, and I had to buy a new printer. Now I'm stuck with a brand new ink cartridge for a printer I'm going to have to throw out.

I needed computer/printer service, agent could not locate that service in your book, so he did home theater (?) When I questioned this they changed it to printer service 10/10, 6 weeks later, he said that was the earliest time! I contacted another service, they fixed it the next day.

So far having lots of problems with paper jambs and it just not working. Geek squad has been out once, founf the jamb right away copied 2 more things and it is unusavle again

Needed Geek Squad services, waiting period over a week. Was told I'd get a call day before to narrow appointment window, did not. I called day of appt and was told appt had been cancelled (not by me) and could reschedule - another week out. I cancelled the whole mess!!

The technicians Best Buy sent were very nice fellows, but they knew nothing about laser printers. All they could do was guess at my problems. I an very disappointed in Best Buy for sending such unprepared techs.

Service was not completed. The printer was not fixed and the appointment was scheduled for 8, 2025. They have now just this morning of the rescheduled 18th of January unbeknownst to me, which was unacceptable but what else could I do but wait? So I gave the rating of one star because I’m very disappointed in the service as of this time. Do you want to know if I would recommend a friend no not at this time. I will revisit at a later date and I may change my mind but not now.

Geek squad came on time. Told me my 4 month old printer was defective and return it to the Best Buy store for a replacement. At the store there was no replacement because I was not a member of your club. So I paid twice to have my printer installed and now have no printer which was purchased from you. Lousy customer service
