My appointment did not take place. I had my paid ticket from appointment being made in the store and also the confirmation email stating my appointment. Then received a call day before stating that my appointment was not confirmed. Could not give me a valid reason why my appointment was not in their system.

The agent came to our office very briefly and said it's cheaper to replace the print after we paid for the service call. you would think they would have been upfront and said printers are usually not worth fixing instead of coming to our office to tell us that.

Service absolutely terrible. My printere would not print. Geek woman connected remotely, printed one page, then tol me the problem was fixed and everything was working fine. BIG LIE!
The problem was now worse - instead of printing, it wanted to save everything- kept asking where I wanted to save it -even items already on my computer. Then charged me $80 to come to my home to correct the mistake made by the remote Geek. five minutes to make the adjustment to correct the error by the remote Geek. Wht a rip-off, and what poor performance

We bot a desktop computer and had the geek squad install it. In the period following , we encountered a number of problems, one of which was the link with our printer. It took longer than it should have to finally resolving the problem

I PAID $150.00 DALLAS FOR HELP ON MY COMPUTER, THEY FOUND A PIECE OF PAPER IN THE PRINTER , BUT THEY STATED THRY DON'T INSTALL WEB RUT YOUR PROGRAM, SO NOW I'M OUT OF THE PRICE OF THE WEBRIT SOSTWARE AND $150.00, AND STILL DON'T HAV WEB PROTECTION POOR SERVICE.i have queek protection service and I don't get no help. Agent was able to fix problem to enable printer to print. I assumed everything was checked out but discovered after he left that printer would ONLY print in Black. Agent should have run a full test to be sure all was working before he left. I was stuck waiting for a 2nd appointment on 03/02 (only got that date after fighting that I was unwilling to wait until next available date - 03/15 - since printer was only partially useable since end Jan). 2nd Agent who came seemed more interested in what was on his cell phone than my printer problem (printer only printing in black). Made me replace all the ink in my printer (luckily I had spare cartridges for all) and still problem wasn't fixed. Told me I'd have to get a new printer. Service and scheduling both unacceptable.

I have been a total tech member since it was started. My current contract is not up for renewal until July, 2024.
However, when I was at the store considering a purchase of a new printer, I was advised no one would come to my home to set it up. I said I had total tech....never made a difference. I feel you did NOT fulfill the contract I have with you. As of NOW you can cancel my contract as of July and do NOT automatically renew it. You have lost a customer!!!!

The in-home agent was nice, thorough, and explained why he couldn’t fix my issue. Suggested I take my laptop in to be wiped clean and that he would write notes in the system so the agent would know what he tried. So we get to the store and there is no note and, of course, the in-store agents didn’t want to wipe the computer without a history of what was tried before. Very upset with the agent who promised he’d take care of the note so it’d be a “seamless” process.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out because that was the first available. I paid their fee, and no one showed up, and texted me the next morning to reschedule. Called customer service, and the call center is out of the US and their level of communication is horrible! I kept asked to be connected to an agent in the US but apparently its to complicated to understand that request. I would give 0 stars.
