    I think neither of these happen because you could help from your office and scheduled a home service a think 2.5 weeks out and after two weeks you wanted to rescheduled, so I called another serviced who did the repair? on 4 items without a problem.

    yes geek squad did help on problem on 6/12 but it did not /fix problem, and it is just taking so much time to keep to contact geeks

    This company AI has canceled 2 appointments without my permission. I have one more appointment scheduled. This is the last time. Too much AI and NOT enough customer contact.

    Geek Squad Onlne Failed This Time

    The online Gerk Squad tech did not reconnect my printer to my laptops. The emailed work summary said a test page was printed too but it was not. I ultimately fixed the issue myself. Normally the techs onlne are pretty good.

    I took the printer into Best Buy to have the Geek Squad fix it and they said it had to be an in home appointment...so I waited another week and a half (without a printer...kind of sux) only to have the tech show up and say, "no, whoever told you that is wrong...you can take your printer into Best Buy to have the service done". Then he looked at it, said it has something mechanical wrong with it that can't be fixed. Best option is to buy a new one. Waited 3 weeks without a printer only to have them tell me to go buy a new one.

    Agent did not notice that my internet service was off, causing my printer not able print. recent problem with my tv with at&t noted and fixed all--now I can PRINT.....

    Had a problem with computer, printer and they couldn't come to fix it for 3 weeks! Terrible service but it was easy to cancel the contract for service. Would not recommend Geek Squad.

    The agents did NOT fully install my printer. They only installed the wifi. No drivers, unable to update printer. Going to drop my service agreement.

    A complete and utter waste of time was the view shared by me and the service rep who came to my home. He was great, but even he realized that the rep at the store was totally inept in scheduling this appointment. If someone at the Best Buy store had just taken a look at my printer, they would have recognized that my own diagnosis was correct, tried to make it operate at the store, and saved everyone's time. This is the second electronic device of mine that Geek Squad has been unable or unwilling to work on in-store.

    Unable to repair $800 Canon Printer from Best Buy

    Paid for inhome repair even though i am a Total Geek Squad member. They refused to even LOOK at the printer when i brought it to store. Had to pay MORE MONEY ($60.00) and wait two weeks to be told that he coukd not repair printer track. Now i bought a new Canon printer from Daytona store and they will not help me get it linked to my internet for remote printing!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!

    This service wasn’t helpful at all. I didn’t really get my problem solved because it couldn’t be recreated (random machine powering off and scanner function not working)

    The agent that came out was a waste of time, he showed no interest in fixing the issues with my printer and just said it was a HP problem, he did not even try. I also thought he had a bit of an attitude. He fixed the paper jam on my husband printer and that was it. I'm still having issues with my printer/scanning is actually worse, but I do not want him to come back.

    Technection tried several ways to fix problem. Finally he got it goimg. He showed me how to get it working very quickly but i havent been able to get primter to work. Id appreciate it if youd send another technician to fix the problem correctly
