My Tech Guy was so intelligent, he knew everything that was wrong with my Printer and made it work with my computor, very gratful I don't need a new printer

I have never had to call the Geek squad for a home visit but our power went out and my Epson 2800 ET printer went out. Normally, I can reset it and I tried everything, including uninstalling it but could not get it to work. The nice young man came out on a Sunday and he got it to work. Something about my printer being connected to the WIfi but my Microsoft program driver couldn't figure it out. Glad he could.

Technican went all troubleshooting process ready fast and had my offline printer working back to internet connections solved.

The tech did a great job finding the problem and resolved it.

Person on the phone helped with setting this up as well as the one in the office with care. I called for the review and another lady let me know due to no issue of my printer, that the fund for the Geek Squad was refunded. The fellow that came to my home was willing to set up a new printer if I purchased one as well. I truly appreciated the help and the integrity of Best Buy Geek Squad and could not have been more humbled and thankful for that assistance. Technician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get my printer up and running properly.

The agent used a little muscle, tweaked some of the printer innards, more muscle, and then got the toner cartridge out of where I had jammed it in improperly. He slid it in again (in the proper place with appropriate force) and voila everything worked as it should and has continued to do so ever since.

I was very impressed with the ability of the tech who solved our printer problem. He took very little time in deciding what the problem was and fixing it. Thank you.

I had a printer problem, a memory problem and help with a newly purchase IPAD Air and have received excellent help from the Geek Squad both al home and at the store.

The GS tech came to the house & connected my computer to the printer. He taught me about things so I could get max benefit from my computer. He left me information to call in case I had questions after he left & followed up 2 days later to see how things were going … all to say, he went way beyond original service requested.

My printer was not printing! Called Best Buy and made an appt for a Geek Squad person to come to my house and trouble shoot the problem. A delightful and extremely knowledgeable young lady, I will call her Miss M, came to my house and figured out the problem quickly, and fixed the problem with ease. Miss M also explained what she did and showed me some features on the printer that i didn’t know how to use. Miss M was super sweet, helpful, patient and KNEW HER STUFF!
