    Never showed up. Never called to say there was a problem. I contacted GS three times and got no info-was told they would call me back-Nothing. This after receiving 3 emails admonishing me to get prepared for the appointment a 7:30 to 11 window! GS had time to correct this. GS rescheduled without contacting me to see if the date work-it does not!!! 5 weeks wait for a simple GS visit.

    Bought my HP Color Laser Jet Pro all in one from BB. I'm a Total Tech member and was told since it's a larger size printer, if I ever have any problems, Geek Squad will gladly come out to my home office to analyze/repair it. Round and Round so many times and so many tickets just not repaired. They won't come to my home because I'm "in the country". Same address. Never moved. Very frustrated with BB & GS.

    Agent fixed my printer issue. It was working when he left. The printer stopped working again a week later.

    I paid almost $200.00 for a Geek Squad plan and when I needed some service on the printer I bought from Best Buy, I found that I had made a worst buy. All my $ 200.00 got me was the ability to call for service that cost me another $ 90.00. I think that my relationship with Best Buy is now over.

    Agent who came to my house could do nothing as the printer could not be repaired and stated tech I spoke with on the phone should have known that. As a result, I was refunded for this service. Unfortunately, service has significantly decreased and I will not be renewing my Geek Squad coverage when it expires.

    The Brother printer (right from the box) is still NOT printing! It is not printing at all...very upsetting. The tech person who came was very pleasant and said that the printer was connected to wifi router (which I had previously done) and it should print. However....it stays in 'pause' mode and refuses to print (directions; files; word files etc.) This could be a bad unit!

    They told me they do not handle printer repairs in the store. I called Epson and got the information I needed and was able to make the repairs myself.

    Poor. At first, it seemed like the technician fixed the problem. His time was spent on the printer. The system was never looked at. The internet is connected through a netgear device with tower, screen, and Epson Printer. More checking needed.

    I specifically asked for the business division when I called to schedule the appointment. The technician was very angry and unprofessional during his visit (partially because it was a business).

    Tech was here last week and attempted to connect Brother printer, only worked for few days and went down and unable to c correct problem. I need this printer running. Please send tech out again to recheck. I was dealing with manager in geek squad

    He got the printer to print that day, but two days later it stopped again and was in the same cycle as before. To this day it is still just acting like it was before working a couple of days and then not again, back and forth like it was doing before. Therefore, the problem I called him to correct was never fixed at all and still a problem.

    Geek Squad would not come to look at my printer

    The technician called to say he was on the way. He asked what the problem was and when I told him it was a paper jam he said that that problem could be fixed. He didn't even offer to come and at least look at the printer to see if anything could be done,

    Geek Squad was OK. But they were not able to fix my printer so I had to buy a new one. I wanted to buy an Epson printer and a sales person talked me into buying a Canon instead. It is not a good printer. I have to scan documents one page at a time. It only holds a small amount of paper so it requires refilling often. And the cartridges apparently only last a very short time.
