    There is no review to be made, nothing was done! Our appointment had been scheduled for about a month then a day or two before someone called and said they wouldn’t be here until after the latest time, and they couldn’t take care of everything we needed. So we didn’t need them! I’m not even sure why we’re paying for this service after finding this out ?

    The agent cancelled after I waited all day for him to show up. Not very professional especially when I had to call to find out no one was coming. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know.

    The tech that was supposed to show, cancelled once, never called back to reschedule - fixed by other means - finally got a call back from best buy and cancelled the appt.

    Terrible service, I "most always" get terrible service from Geek Squad - especially those over seas who like to say "Hi, my name is Rafael" Really? If your name is Rafael, then I am Mohammed

    Worst ever guy get to drive way and runs away didnt ring door bell calls me and hangs up i call back he blocks me. I call 3 time's no one can come out you call a ontnof times and no one pics up when i called wasted my time had to retrun cost me $500 in lost business

    terrible service. Kept getting referred to the Philippines who I couldn't understand. I waited 2 weeks to get printer installed. After he left, the printer didn't work. I called back and I have to wait another two weeks for another appointment to fix his mistake.

    please credit the $85.99 charged for this service. The job is not done. The Technician said he will call me back to re-schedule. When job is complete and printer is working, charge me the $85.99

    After 3 phone calls and many hours of lost time, that messed up my printer even further I had to wait a month for a Geek Squad agent to come to my house. He was finally able to fix the issue after about 30 min. If the phone people can't fix it they shouldn't!

    i had to cancel and reschedule my appointment because it conflicted with my work schedule i wish somewhere in the future that they will work with the client’s work schedule instead of theirs. it sucks! most people be at work during their window time. i pray they will do better

    Very poor. Accessed my computer. Did not communicate and left me hanging. Disappear and told me nothing. Would not use remote service and let them into my computer. Person undid some things and I could not access the items. When I complained they were magically turned back on.

    Paid $100 for geek squad to come out for 7 minutes, and tell me to buy a new printer. Of course, they could recommend one. Not worth the hassle for the day.

    Prior to my Geek Squader's visit on May 2, 2023, I had spent over four hours on the phone trying to correct a problem with my wireless printer. The Geek Squader fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He deserves much praise and a raise. Thanks.

    I received great help selecting my new printer at the store. Hsf difficulty getting printer installed at and call to the geek squad. Poor communication and got disconnect and noone cslled me back Got connected again and could ot solved
