The agent took care of my presenting problem. AND also identified problems that needed attention! Needless to say, he fixed those as well.

He did not fix my printer this is supposed to come off my credit card I am not paying for this

My printer still has a problem after a month. No one contacts me to schedule an appointment. Please have someone take a look at it. Many thanks!

Tried to reschedule, got confirmation. No one showed up. on the phone for a half hour trying to reschedule. So frustrated.

The problem has occurred again. It appears the fix was temporary like the first fix. Now what do you recommend. The printer is a problem or is it the laptop connection. Either way I am not happy!!!

Bobby Rasnick came to the house - calling shortly before the time of our appointment to let us know he was finishing with the customer before us & that he’d be here in 10 minutes. He arrived in that time. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our printer, connected it to our WIFI, then ran test pages from both our IPhones, my MacBook, my husband’s IPad & my husbands desktop. He was very professional & personable, and solved our problem. We are not at all comfortable with tech so it was great to have his help. .

After 3 phone calls and 2 inhouse visits, my printer is still not hooked up to work. VERY FRUSTRATING

It took three home visits and 5 online four hours sessions, plus 2 exchanges of printers to fix the problem

The Geek Squad tech never showed up and I did not even receive a phone call. Unacceptable!!!

He was supposed to connect the printer fax. Not don.

I have had a tech to my house 4 times within 3 days and printer is still not working as it should. Blamed Windows 10 as to why he could not fix the issue.

The problem has not been solved. geek squad has been out to the house 4 times! I have to call to set an apt to have them come again

Rep did not notice incorrect size ink cartridge. Tried to sell me a new printer. Took it to Staples. Had it figured out immediately.

The Geek was unable to fix this printer after viewing Youtube.

When I called to make my appt with the squad I was told they would not come out unless I had a computer & they wouldn’t come if I had an IPad only. So I lied and said I have a regular computer to get them to come out. Pretty crappy they wouldn’t make an appt because the tech was able to get the 2 items to work with no problems. Tech was great lady on the phone was not to smart.

These guys were incredible. They installed all new drivers, verified that everything worked as it should and then had me go through it to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. They also showed me how to print directly from my phone. Sold me on using the Geek Squad. I will be purchasing new network equipment and having them set it up too.

Kept cancelling service. Still have not done any work.

Completely useless. The agent dropped the connection and. Ever followed up. I eventually solved the problem myself.
