The agent knew exactly what the issue with my printer was. He made the connections and it seems to perform perfectly. At least until recently. Now I need another service call

A very kind Geek Squad member came and hooked up my printer and helped me get wireless printing set up on my phone and computer! He was so patient!

We purchased a new computer from Best Buy (old one's Mother Board Died) and did some of the set up ourselves. Several issues needed addressing by our Geek Squad Technician, Dennis Reed. The most critical issue was the inability to use all the printers functions, especially the Scanner functions. I had tried unsuccessfully to download a driver or app (was not sure which I needed). Dennis was able to download the Epson Printer App that we had used before - plus an additional app - just in case it was needed or preferred. We use the Scanner almost every day as my wife is the extended families defacto historian. Very happy to have the same pathway to do a scan as we had before. Everything works great. As always Dennis was great - efficient work and additional pointers on the use of the new computer. He is so nice, explains things in a way that a layman can understand, and never talks down to you.

The agent Thomas tried twice to get my old printer working again.( through Total Tech ). It just wasn’t going to be right. So, he helped me select a new printer according to my needs, brought it to my home, installed it and gave very specific directions in how it worked. He also made sure it was paired with all my devices.
