The Geek sent out this time was trained, knowledgeable, and experienced. He set up the new printer in just a few minutes and tested the features including scanning which did not work on the prior new printer and was not tested by the first Geek sent out to the house.

The agent was able to find the correct driver to re-connect my printer, after I accidently deleted the printer. Several people tried to help prior the the appointment, but he knew what he was doing, I am very thankful he was able to correct my mistake.

Joshua was very nice and considered; he took all the time necessary to do a thorough and detailed job of setting up the printer, explaining in plain language the intricacies and steps of the new model.

The technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it.

Jonathan Stelzer is wonderful. He had given me some suggestions for a printer. I had it ready and waiting for his visit. He set up the computer/printer quickly. He took his time to answer my many questions. What a great employee you have in him!

Robert of Geek Squad came to my house and managed to make my new printer work after I and many others couldn’t figure it out. I was thrilled to be able print again after my previous printer lost its printer head (?).

Aside from the fact that I had to wait 10 days for an available appointment the service was excellent. The tracking device was helpful. Took away packing materials and left a clean environment.

The gentleman who came to my home to fix my HP printer was great. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the printer. I had to contact the CEO of HP to make it work. It was a problem that was not immediately obvious.

I am giving 5 start to the last chat he help so much fix my problem, even he called me to be sure that I understand. I want to be sure that no all are good,

All of the Geek Squad members sent to my office to fix my printer issues worked diligently to fix my problems. They went above and beyond to get my company up and running.
