This is the second time i have had the geek squad come out to address problems with my HP printer. They were 2 separate problems. Jacob was able to fix it very quickly and get the problem solved. Unfortunately i tried to use the online total tech services, and that was an absolute waste of my time. I believe , they just want to send out a tech to make you pay the service, which wasnt even told to me! Luckily , my tech that came to the house was able to discount my service.
