    Rez Harianto is great asset to the Geek Squad. When he arrives he is very pleasant and can answer all our questions concerning our computers and printer. He assessed our printer needs and suggested the printer we purchased from Best Buy. Rez asked a few questions about our problem with the printer and in a few minutes he explained what was causing the problem. Since we took his advice we have not had any issues with the printer. Great job!!
