    The printer was fixed in house I was very pleased and he set it up back to where it was. Working as good a new . Very please with conversations.the geek squad repair guy

    The agents were friendly and tried to fix my HP printer issue, would not print. They installed new printer drivers and consulted outside help but with no success. Spent a lot of time with the printer but checked to see it was a laptop issue. For what I paid for Geek Squad home service, I expected better results

    Despite the trials I went through while calling the 800 number (three times) once I finally connected to the local Geek Squad and got an appointment for someone to come to my house, everything went smoothly. The technician was prompt, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my printer problems and explained everything to me.

    My printer had stopped working via WiFi. It had originally been connected to WiFi. I don't know why it quit. I purchased a printer cable, but there were several options for changing from the existing WiFi to a cable. I would rather have Geek Squad make those choices for me since I already had the use of the Geek Squad team. Don arrived on 4/25 and connected the cable for me and I have been using my Epson printer ever since. Thank you.
