Very nice man and very thorough work. He was in no hurry and did a super job.

I was a little surprised because when making the appointment I was told Vicente would be here. However, it was Ray who called and came to the house. Ray has been here before and has proven himself reliable and responsible. He works on a problem until he is able to resolve it to the satisfaction of everyone. He got my printer working and then answered a few questions. That is all I can ask for.

I called the Geek Squad about my inability to print from my laptop. A squad member was here the very next day. He explained that my printer was no longer able to print wirelessly because it's too old. Once he connected the printer directly to my laptop, the problem was solved. I was very pleased with the manner in which my home was treated and the kindness of the technician.

The in0home agent, Mike Owen, was extremely knowledgeable about the product. In a relatively short time, he was able to have the new printer (with faxing capabilities) set up and functioning well. In addition, Mike was professional, courteous, friendly, and patient throughout the entire time as he answered my many questions about the new product.

The representative showed up when he said he would and was very helpful. He fixed the problem quickly & efficiently so I was impressed with that. In the last couple of days I have been reading about Best But management training policy. I totally reject it. I will never enter your stores let alone purchase anything you have to sell. You will never see or hear from me again.

The tech was prompt and very helpfyl. They reset my Epson in just a little while.

Tina worked hard to solve my old printer problems, but alas the drivers were no longer supported. She did get my backup printer working under the same work order. In addition to that she recommended a new Epson 4850 printer to replace my old one and I just bought it from Best Buy this week. Great job Tina.

The agent was very courteous and understood my need to simplify a way to add photos to my posts. She also took care to clean up a few other technical problems I was having and informed me about the Geek Squad's commitment to service as my computer fan was having trouble working and making squeaky noises. She went far beyond doing what had been my initial problem.

The first agent that came to inspect the printer was extremely professional and thoroughly checked it to see what the problem was. He was very kind to disconnect it and put it in the trunk of my car. After taking the printer to Best Buy, the second agent that installed the new printer explained everything and was as professional as the first agent that came.
