Geek quad set up my new computer promptly!

Also, instructed us on operations of computers & tv's promptly. They were very professional and enjoyable to have them in our home. The printer troubleshooting was completed prompdtly too!

He was knowledgeable regarding updates to the computer and why and when we need to upgrade. I followed his suggestion and purchased what was needed for the computer and it now works perfectly. thank you

Printer scanner and picture editing software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad technician downloaded a specific software I wanted for picture editing, and connected my printer's scanner function to my laptop. He did a great job on getting this done. He also took a few minutes to explain and demonstrate some functions to be sure I would know how to use them after he left. TY. I love Best Buy and Geek Squad!!!

Solved problem linking new printer with cell phone

After thoroughly checking the settings if the printer, phone and Wifi network, the agent made some changes and got the connection properly established. Throughout the process, the agent explained clearly what he was doing. Very helpful!

Simple Printer Fix

Geek Squad agent came to my house only to inform me that I needed to change the ink cartridges that came with the computer with the new ones sent to me by the manufacturer...problem solved!! (I sure felt like an idiot)

I am very happy with how professional he was and how quickly he accomplished the fix!

Happy With My New HP

It was easy to set up because all I had to do is plug in the cords. I was able to carry the box myself because it was very light. It is one of the best computers I have had.

Geek Squad Member Solved the Problem!

The individual arrived on schedule and with an analysis of the problem, he fixed my printer. YAY! Very professional approach to my problem, and a great experience overall.
