the geek squad person has come to my home on several occasions,, he is great,,, he pointed out some issues about my Epson printer/scanner and showed me ways to prevent problems,,,he has always taken time to explain things to me and show me how to deal with it if there is any issues

Excellent job by the tech that came out and diagnosed the issue with our printer. Having the Geek Squad around is a valuable service to senior citizens like ourselves. We would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

It was necessary to have in-home service for my printer, in order to connect with my Wi-Fi. The Geek Squad associate was on time, and efficiently got my printer back on line. The Geek Squad made it possible for me to have restored printer use because of being able to provide in-home service.

The agent very knowledgeable and efficient when examining my devices, 3 computers and 2 printers. He patient in explaining things about the computers and printers I wasn't aware of. He adjusted the computers and printers, so they were all on the same network. He was very courteous and helpful. I was very satisfied with his service.

We Purchased new printer from Best Buy which Works great for scanning & faxing as well as printing .We had a problem with the printer and geek squad came to our home & fixed the problem quickly . We highly recommended the geek squad

The agent determined the printer problem and immediately started correcting the problem. When she completed her work she referred me to another agent. The second agent promptly continued the process and I very satisfied with both of the agents professionalism and knowledge.

David from the Geek Squad took our old printer out and put in the new one, making sure everything was working properly. He showed us how we could do various things with it and answered all our questions. The printer works great!

Matthew H. from the Geek Squad came to the house and reintroduce the printer to my laptop, then he explained how to reconnect the printer to the computer if it happens again. Then he set up an easier app to be able to use the printer/scanner and explained it, so I could use it.

I'm very appreciate of the tech that came over and worked out the issue. They couldn't figure it out remotely so they sent someone over. He couldn't figure out what the ussue was but he found a workaround and now it's working fine

Only because i had to call them out twice. However both reps. Were great and explained everthing for us.

The agent came out and helped me to get the printer going. It had lines thru all the pictures and I could not get the deep cleaning to work. It took her a very short time to get the heads deep cleaned. Thank you for sending a very knowledge agent

It works fine as a copier, but not I bought it for. As a printer it didn't work from the beginning. I have spent 7 hours on the phone with geek squad agents with minor success. printer worked for 2 one-page jobs. Geek squad came into my home and got it to work for an hour after he left. Phone agents were useless but finally got them to get me another in-home service call. They came out and got it to work, this time for one day. 4 days later, printer came to life and printed 2 jobs in the queue, then shut down today. Geek squad agent told me it was a mistake to buy an HP printer. Good sales testimony.

Tylor was great. He got my printer onto my wireless network in just a few minutes. He checked to make sure it would now scan (my original problem) and also print. Now I don't have to have it plugged into the computer anymore. Tylor is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

The agent arrived on time and was ready to go the moment that he stepped through the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and got everything fixed and was out the door. Thanks to Matt I have a functioning printer that takes care of all my printing needs.

The tech repairman was so helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem which another repairman was not able to do. The rep was very friendly and gave me a lot of good advice to fix the issue should it happen again.

After listening to my questions, then looking over the print outs of what errors my computer had done, and what my printer had not done, Joseph M. went to work and got the computers and printer in sync. Thank you for his help.

We've used Geek Squad several times over the past few weeks (new TV, new headphones, new laptop and new printer), both over the phone and in person. Each time agents were professional, efficient and understanding.

Christain was great ! I thought I could repair our system, but when I couldn't get it right, Christain came to the rescue and fixed it, as well as fine tuning it , so it's much smoother now. Money well spent !

This geek squad member has been to my house and as alway is professional, friendly, fixed my issue and was very knowledgeable and answwred all my questions while she worked on my printer.
