the service to fix the problem I was having with my printer went very well . the service man knew what needed to be done and took care of the issues . I'm so glad I have the service program !

Geek agent discovered the cause and corrected it quickly & efficiently. Turns out it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Appreciate the personal touch with option to ask other questions, but seems like it might have been able to fix it by Q&A over the phone.

The agent couldn't repair my printer because HP doesn't make a replacement part for the control screen. Instead, the agent did a consultation, showing me how to control the printer from the computer. This enabled me to print, scan, and copy documents.

The agent corrected my problem with printer connection and addressed several other problems that I was having with my WiFi. It took him two trips over a week to fix everything but all is well now.

I had been having troubles with all three of my landlines & cellphone - a Jitterbug 2 - all of which I had purchased at different times from Best Buy. I could not call out on any & was not getting incoming calls either. I got in touch with Verizon thinking that was the problem but after doing some testing, Verizon told me it was with Best Buy. I spoke, via my computer, with two different Best Buy techs, & after some finagling, advice, tweaking this & that on both the "Geeks" part that night & the next morning doing an update on my cell phone remotely, every thing is fine with both my landlines & my cellphone. It was nothing short of a miracle when ALL my phones were working again and I did call the "Geek SQUAD" & talked to Johnny and asked him to relay many KUDOS & thanks for straighten the entire mess out.

Evan is the best ever! he does absolutely everything it’s like a little lesson because I’m not great at it . every time he comes He is thorough and explains everything so that I understand it.

I have had such a hard time learnung I iw to use my copier. Geek Squad came in & zapped the probkem within 20 minutes. It had went off line. Geek Squad rocks. Tgey havexalso helped me with numerous problems by phone as as i am not tech smart

Paula, is a phenomenal tech. She set up everything on my Erro 1800 dual band wi-fi. She made sure that all of my devices was connected to it, and made sure that all of the devices was working before she left.

My printer was no longer printing red. I had tried the applicable maintenance options—using menu to do print nozzle checks & print head cleaning—to no avail. GS technician showed up on time, as scheduled, & very quickly the problem was solved! Perfect experience!

Juan Torres was not able to repair my old printer, however he offered to credit the cost of his visit towards a Total Tech membership, I joined and ended up purchasing an iMac desktop computer and HP printer, which he delivered and set up for me, Juan was great!

I had a problem with toner cartridges. I had gone from printing seldom to heavier usage. I did not realize that cartridges last about one year before drying up. I replaced my two color cartridges and tried the black one again. It worked like a champ. That and the tip to skip the online setup got me rolling again. Thanks Geek Squad for the home visit

Frustration was erased by using Geek Squad to solve why I was often having issues with getting my printer to operate on cue. Service agent walked me through operating my printer online. Issues solved easily.

The agent, Carlos, was very helpful, courteous, professional and pleasant. He even put on shoe covering when he entered the house. He resolved the printer/scanner problem in a short time.

The agent arrived promptly on time.isyened to what i had to say. Printer was working when he left and worked for about 2 weeks then quit printing again. I did upgrade my Internet too 500 right after that. He also was able to get my emails arriving again and that is still good. Would use service again.
