My geek squad tech, Joseph V. was great! Wow! He fixed both my printer and my brand new scanner in less than 25 minutes. Talk about knowing his stuff... I wish he worked for me. LOL Competent and nice. Great combination! Thank you again Joseph V.

Benjamin was outstanding and made it all work and especially my printer to print again. He was professional, friendly and answered all my questions with ease.

The Agent re-connected my I phone and printer and retrieved my password for my router- also instructed me on the importance of having access to my password!!

The Geek was able to connect our printer to our 2 computers that get only "hot spot" internet access from our phones. She was on time, polite, knowledgeable and cheery. She made sure we could use our computers to connect before she left. Great support.

Chase was awesome. I would highly recommend everyone to have Geek Squad. He fixed my printer issue in the blink of an eye. He also told me what to look out for if my wifi is interrupted. I would definately ask for him if I every have any other issues.

The agent worked on several things to try and determine what was wrong with my printer. He finally determined that it needed to be returned to the manufacturer since it was still under warranty.

Jorge Aranda visited my home to assist me re establish normal wi fi connections to my printer He listened carefully to my descriptions of the issue and ny attempts with and without Geek Squad phone attempts to correct. He suggested re booting the wi fi router. It worked right away. He gave me his card and offered to return if the issue re occored. I am very pleased with all attempts by Geek Squad reps to fix the issue. It is great to have the in home option with my Totaltech plan. Best Buy is great. I recommend you to everyone who wants a good outfit to rely on.

The issue with my HP printer was resolved quickly and I was shown how to avoid future issues. The service person did his job and communicated very well with me as to how to avoid the issue in the future.

The geek squad came to my house to trouble shoot and repair a printing issue. The problem was fixed temporarily on the first visit and appears to have been fixed permanently on the second visit. There was no charge for the follow-up visit.
