He checked my printer & even though I had a new cartridge in checking had it to long it dried up got a new one it works fine now. I suggest stay away from remanufacter cartridges!

they did a great job on my installation of my tv they fixed my printer and I havent had any problems with it since great job guys

I am so grateful & relieved that my subscription to Geek Squad includes home visits to troubleshoot the other than simple technology issues that I, as a reflexive do-it-myselfer, can't fix myself. The availability of next day service, given that Christmas holiday closures were a possibility, was life saver. I'm reliant on this type of in home service as health issues prevent me from transporting my equipment/appliances/ devices to an outside repair service.

the agent was able to fix my printer. It would not print for me and the agent quickle diagnosed the problem and had it printing again in a short time.

Ryan is an outstanding technician! He quickly linked my printer to my new lap top, and he set up the ability for me to print from my i phone and i pad as well! I greatly appreciated his skilled services!

I was truly embarrassed, but not to worry, Geek Squad Techs were courteous and professional. My printer wasn't working, and the Geek Squad tried everything possible to make the repair remotely. They politely suggested sending a Tech out for an in-home repair. Upon arriving at my home, the repair took literary 10 seconds. Lo and behold, the cable connecting the computer was plugged into the wrong connector! As stated, I was truly embarrassed, but it didn't cost me a dime.

Geek Squad completed the troubleshooting of the printer and cleaned/adjusted as needed to ensure printer worked as designed. Great Job!!!!!

My printer went off-line and would not reconnect to my computer. I called Geek Squad and they showed up that day and fixed the problem and reconnected my printer. AWESOME is the word for there knowledge and service.
