I purchased a new printer and couldn’t figure out how to put the toner in so I called the Geek Squad and they came to help. They are always on time and quickly did their magic!

Kriegon Newby did an excellent job in solving connectivity issues between our MacBook laptop to HP printer. He also taught us some things re computer care.

He removed the paper in the paper jam on my printer and rebalanced all the adjustments on the printer. It now works great since, like new.

The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to assist my wife and I troubleshoot one printer and helped install a nnew printer.

The agent checked my printer that was not printing, since it’s a HP I found out the cartridge was wrong and HP Smart wouldn’t let it print. Changed cartridge and it worked.

I enjoy having them come help because of their success in trouble shooting and their pleasant manner. They are A plus plus in my book. If I talk to the Geek Squad on line or on the phone they are patient and understanding. They explain what to do and troubleshoot from my sometimes feeble explanations. Geek Squad is the best.

Good job. My printer was not receiving the proper singles to print. She made a few changes that were necessary for my printer to print.
