I was very pleased with the detailed inspection the agents did on my computer/printer. Everything seems to be working as it should when printing out a form.

The agents were great each time, hooking up the printer making sure it worked, then coming back to update and trying to keep the FAX machine from coming on every time the phone rang. Which we solved.

The agent quickly determined my printer connection issue and resolved the problem. He also cleaned up some gremlins slowing down my computer.

She quickly identified and fixed the issue. She also checked to make sure it was up to date on upgrades. In addition, she gave me tips on keeping the printer running smoothly.

The service person was good. had 3 people tell me 3 different prices. i checked my records and it said service was covered till my renewal date in 2024. got a runaround with store mgr. telling me my info was wrong and the new policy went into affect 2mo ago so the payment of 99$ is right. rather rude, This is customer NO service. I have been a customer since the 80'. 2 desk computers ,3 laptop units, 5 tvs and lots of small gifts and things. In all that time i have never had home service by geek squad till this year.. 99$ for 10 min at my house seem strange. When i was told it was covered before i call then told a new 50$ fee, then changed to 99$ . Old customer who enjoyed Beat Buy in the past. May rethink my plans in the future. Thanks for you time and hope this can be corrected.

Joseph Mathias was the tech who worked with me. He was amazing - hooked me up with wireless so I could print from both my laptop and iPad.
