The Geek Squad tech checked the printer for a paper jam and could not find one. He showed me how to take the printer apart to find future paper jams, but I had already done everything that he showed. When he lifted the printer, the ruined paper was under the printer! The tech told me what kind of paper is best in our printer, so hopefully paper won't get jammed again. The tech took time to answer my questions. We have had him before, and he does a very good job, and is pleasant and courteous.

The printer is good. It does all it is supposed to do. The best part was the service man that came out to,set it and the computer up. He was excellent. Knowledge and patient
