Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy stayed for about 15 minutes , concluded I needed to return recent ink cartridge that wasnt working. The replacement didnt work either so he said I needed a new printer.

Geek Squad gets ‘r done!

Because I have the Geek Squad service plan, the agent came to my home. He needed to see the printer using my wi-do. The agent looked at the problem and suggested a new drum. I ordered the drum and toner that day. Problem solved efficiently and at a reasonable price. I will always keep my Geek Squad plan. You are the best!!
