Printer troubleshooting

I got disconnected a couple times and agents never called back. After speaking with multiple customer support agents I finally got the appointment set up but literally a month wait. However, Agent Eric Pulley was so helpful and thorough with explaining processes. I can't say enough positive on his ability to resolve everything with such little time given for the appointment.

I forgot to give him credit when asked to fill out the form. That was completely my fault and tremendous wrongdoing on my part. I sincerely hope that he forgives me. I don't or can't remember his name, but you can look it up and give him the credit he deserves. Do me a favor, please. Beg him to forgive me. Thank you. Eleanor Herman

This let me afford a new computer!!
