I have later since learned to do this. He was most accommodating right for you and was able to connect my computer to the printer

They want me to go through the same procedures that you folks went through, plus they want me to call them between 8 and 4; I work from 7 till 3 and I didn’t not get home till 4/4:30. Is there any recourse I have to get this printer to print color, which is the reason I purchased a color printer, copier, scanner. Is there something Best Buy can do?
