I have used the in-store service and the home service and both have been excellent. I have the total support type contract which has been a blessing for me. It is very reasonable in price for the excellent service you get.

Geek Squad Field representatives - GREAT!!

I have had nothing but positive outcomes with all of the Geek Squad members. I only wish I could say the same about your Geek Squad customer service desk located on International Speedway Drive in Daytona Beach, FL. They are HORRIBLE!!! Someone needs to do a complete overhaul in that department at the Best Buy Store! I will NEVER go to that store because of the poor customer service there!!!
