Utilize TotalTech if you get a printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have TotalTech and you purchased a printer, definitely take advantage of a quick service check-up which is what I did. I hadn't used my printer in a few months which resulted in ink issues. Instead of pulling it apart myself and risking further issues and voiding coverage, I had Best Buy come out to inspect, repair, and then educate me on how to properly maintain it. Great experience that cost nothing aside from having TotalTech.

Best of the Best

He used everything in his bag of tricks to resolve my issue. I am a senior, and believe me I would be up the proverbial creek without a paddle if it weren't for best buy and their service. I highly recommend BestBuy and Geek Squad and will use them again.

Mark Toste installed my TV.

I was advised that it is an excellent television, and it truly is. My wife and I love it. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the installers. Mark Toste was the lead. He was very professional and a great asset to the Geek Squad! Thank you to your team.
