Geek Squad tec was fabulous and resolved problems. He was very knowledgeable, professional and considerate!

Agent set up my new printer. Possible time conflict was resolved when Jeremy has cancellations and came a day early. So personable and so good at explaining. Made sure I had his phone number for call back. He did return a week later to resolve ink cartridge issues and scanning to computer. Being available to Geek Squad assistance best money I spent.

The Geek Squad serviceman was very knowledgeable and efficient. The changes that Best Buy has made for those of us paying to have Best Buy's Total membership and the limited service to our area (Navarre) will motivate us to look elsewhere. The 5 star is strictly for the service that was provided by the technician.

Thomas was prompt and quickly realized the problem- a type of malware had been installed, unbeknownst to me. He removed it, made sure the printer would now work and checked to make sure there was no other malware or problems. He is always very helpful and does a good and efficient job. Really nice to know I can count on him when I need him.

The agent knew what to do, did it in quick time and the printer worked as designed. If only he had given me a quick lesson to avoid this problem next time if it should happen.

I was pleased with the tech. Very nice and friendly. My printer was fixed quickly.

The menu path to certain functions are convoluted. The agent worked me through this. Also, with a new printer, it came with defective ink cartridges. The agent explained how to test them, attempt to remediate the defect, and ultimately helped me understand that they were defective and replace them with new. This fixed the printer problem.

The agent was helpful and solved my problems ordered my extra ink as well as the ink I was out of. He gave me some tips on getting better pictures off my printer and future ways of downloading from camera to computer and printer. I was very thankful for his service in the home that couldn't be solved over the phone.
