Color printer repair
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent checked all he could and that helped him to determine it was a major hardware problem. I contacted an authorized Brother repair shop and they sent me an additional test and asked I call back after doing so. This determined that it was the Lazer part of the printer that was the problem and repair cost would not warrant it.
