Love my total Tec guys

First visit missed a few things, but when I called they came RIGHT back and got all things together. I have the total tec package, and its really great because I am a total tec nerd and Geek squad REALLY HELPS ME OUT. Thank you

Troubleshooting assistance was terrific
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because I had been missing some key information at the time of installation, my Geek Squad tech made a return trip to complete the scanning function install on my older computer. Service was pleasant and efficient, and I was shown how to scan to files using my desktop. Very pleased with this service.

Geek squad was able to get the printer to work

We couldn't be happier with his work, he saved our bacon in restoring our computer!!! He was friendly, answered all questions including ones we didn't know to ask and explained everything we needed to know. We'd give him a grade of A+++.

Fix new printer problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent connected my new Epson printer using a work around which requires connecting to a newly created wi-fi specific to my printer each time I print something- then reconnecting to my regular wi-fi when I'm done. It's somewhat of a hassle, but at least I can use my printer. I have learned that other people in my condo have had similar problems with new Epson printers. Also, Spectrum will updating our wi-fi system in the next few months, which may solve the problem If not I will have to have Geek Squad come back after the update and see if they can get it to work without the work around.
