"Geeks" make house calls for elders...gratefully
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The "Geek" person came during my absence nd my husband was well-pleased with the timliness, competency and professionalism of your associate. I deal with two problems I did not have before. Instead of the computer tower being in the computer desk, it was left ON the desk, limiting my space for general lists I often use. Also, there is no sound. I've tried to see what's left unlugged...the speakers light up. I will call to follow-up on this but the seson has been too busy to call right now.

The technician who came to my house showed me features of my printer that I didn't know about. He was also very helpful in explaining how to replace a cartridge if I need to in the future. I am very happy with the Best Buy professional service that I received.

He was very competent, and took the time to properly explain how/why he had set things up for my home-office needs, what changes to consider if those demands changed. Way way better than my typical experience w IT techs at work, who might be smart as hell but don’t explain (or test) anything and leave me bewildered
