In-home printer troubleshooting

When the online Geek Squad couldn't solve the problem remotely they sent a very polite and knowledgeable technician to my home The technician was able to find out what was wrong and fix it. He also gave me some advice about my computer and showed me several ways to access my printer. I love the Geek Squad!

They've helped us with a few different things, to include our television, to include some quirks we were having with our printer, as well as our TV and internet service, and installing new appliances. They really are very helpful, and so knowledgeable in their areas of expertise! Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad Guys (altho they likely have Gals too :)!

They also made sure I had the new password. It was late in the day, and possibly their last appointment of the day, yet they took their time and I didn’t feel rushed in any way.

Got my printer working again!

When I called Geek Squad on a Friday, I was surprised that I didn't have to wait a week. I was given a window of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. the next day, a Saturday. I thought that was a pretty big window, but I needed my printer to work. Austin called to give me an ETA, and I didn't have to wait the whole day. He fixed the problem. Great job!
