Geek Squad Took 20 minutes After HP Failed 3 Times

The Geek Squad tech had it fixed in 20 minutes, and followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working, and to answer some additional questions I had. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So the sales person, offered to ship it to me a nd I may do this another time. I charged it in the store and it was shipped to me the next day. It saved me some gas money to receive it this way.

Geek Squad technicians are highly skilled

His advice going forward led to a great outcome when PGE shut down power to my home. Per the tech's instructions, I left my printer turned on during the shutdown. When power was restored, my printer came back on line with an even stronger WI FI connection.
