Our tech, Eric, was fantastic!!! He arrived on time, and called ahead to give us an ETA. He was polite, knowledgeable and went right to work. He found our problem with our printer and corrected in a short time. We will ask for him in the future should we need assistance.

Got my printer working, after msny attempts on ny part.

A knowledgeable and courteous representative came to my home and fixed my printer problem. Initially I had installed the new printer myself but after working briefly there were some problems -- printer was not printing properly. The issue wasn't easy to fix the issue but the Rep was persistent until it all worked worked.

We found our tech, Mark, to arrive as scheduled, very knowledgeable (as expected), courteous, patient with multiple questions, none of which were too dumb. Good tech/good experience for us.

I tried to get my printers working by having someone from who knows where do a remote fix. We were on the phone for at least 3 hours and it didn't work. After I called the 2111 extension, I finally got to talk to someone in the USA, and things went well. A service tech came to my house and fixed both of my printers which were not communicating with my computer. It took maybe 1/2 an hour.

JOEL VALDEZ of the Geek Squad showed up in my house on the appointed day and time and what a godsend he was! Joel was knowledgeable and pleasant. In a matter of minutes he resolved the problem I was having with the scanning function of my HP printer. Thank you Best Buy and Thank you, Joel!!!

Matt replaced the hard drive on my computer. He did an excellent job -- my computer was taking 6 to7 minutes to turn on. It's amazing how fast now. I am a 90 year old lady and these things boggle my mind but Matt showed me a few things to make it easier for me. Bless you Matt!
