The techs were able to diagnose issue and fix it timely.

The agent went through several tries to realign an old printer, (I had already done this remotely and that agent thought it might need new jet needles so i thought the in-house agent would be bringing them. He didn't). The agent couldn't get a correct alignment and the color cartridge was about empty, which he thought might be a factor. Since we had a 2nd working printer and toner is so expensive, we decided to scrap the Canon and just use the working printer for both our computers.

The initial appointment didn't get entered into their system. Recommend you always write down the name when making an appointment. The online service insisted onn working on the problem which they were unable to fix. The home visit was excellent and problem resolved.
