My Geek Squad Technician trouble shot my printer for a fax problem and determined that the issue was with my internet/telephone provider who had been out to fix my telephone lines. Fortunately, we were able to contact them and both technicians got on the same page and knew what was wrong. That provider returned and fixed the telephone line problem!

Two people from the Geek Squad came to my house to trouble shoot my printer. It cost me $124.99 and they were here less than 10 minutes. One of the guys gave me his business card and said to call him if it does it again. It did it again and I called him and left him a message no less than 6 times, with no call back! I finally went back to Best Buy and they refunded my money. The refund was appreciated. I was considering the purchase of a new printer from Best Buy, but that won't happen. Usually the Geek Squad has been very good, I don't know what has changed! I am exploring my other options.

It was a long drawn-out process, but in the end all is well. I worked with several Geek Squad associates trying to work to solve my printer connection problem spending a couple of hours. More than one log in to my computer with no progress. Finally they suggested an in home session. The in home squad member understood the problem and had it solve in 5 minutes

Andy came to my house twice to repair my computer and printer. I now have an almost new computer and know how to use my brand new printer. I feel that the Geek Squad is a wonderful service delivered by Best Buy. Andy was a terrific representative. He was very kind and patient and explained each thing he was doing as he was doing it. Corrected color printing problem

My printer was not printing the colors properly. The color cyan did not seem to be present. I refilled the color tank but the color still did not print. The agent diagnosed the problem right away finding an air lock in the color tank. After repeated flushings, he was able to correct it.
