My new HP printer is perfect for what I need it for

HP printer was working but wasn’t getting signal to print from any of our devices…geek squad fixed the problem quickly and showed us some things to try if it happens again…I wish I could remember the tech’s name…he’s been here before and is great…scheduling fast and easy…and all for FREE with Total Tech subscription

the agent was very quick and fixed my printer problem.

the techs are wonderful. However, the printer i bought has failed to print TWO times in one month. Now i must get another geek to come to my home to try to fix it. i am beginning to think i bought a dud!

Rebecca, the agent, is so knowledgeable plus eager to please. Her patience with me, a senior citizen, is commendable!. I appreciate both her eagerness to serve and her willingness to teach me. What an asset to your squad!

When a technician actually made it to our office, the service was great. He explained what the problems may be and what we could do to minimize the issues. However, one star was lost because the first technician didn't make it to our office and I was left waiting over 2 hours and it wasn't until I called to find out when to expect the technician that I discovered he had supposedly be to the office and found it closed even though I had been there the entire time.

The agent fixed my problem in no time. Very fast and knowledgeable. I had computer, tablet, printer, and cell issues. One by one he fixed all the problems. He took the time to ask me if there was anything else. I asked him to check my Ring Doorbell setting and he adjusted that too.

The agent was able to get both printers to operate.

My issue was complicated; yet my in-home agent solved the problem. He was courteous and made me feel as though the Geek Squad was there for me. I'd been thinking of dropping the service, but his attitude leads me to believe it's still a great service investment.

Conner is always outstanding. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I give him 110%. I can’t say the same for scheduling service. Called store geek squad they referred me on scheduling number. I believe I was sent out of USA. None English speaking CSR. Not great experience.

Did a good job for us. He missed our first appointment because he got sick. We rescheduled our appointment and he came and finished his work on my computer and printer. I must say he was very professional and explained to us what we could do in the event something else would go wrong.

I had difficulty with the way my Printer was set up (by me) and called the Geek Squad in to undo the damage and confusion I created. Never again! The Geek Squad will get the call first. My Agent, Robert, showed me what it was like when a QUALIFIED Tech worked his expertise.

SETTING UP INTERNET WYFI CONECTION TO PRINTER FIXED

Agent William is always super helpful and very nice when he solves problems for us at our house. Latest, he re-installed a printer for our laptop, and resolved other computer issues we had been having.

The Geek Squad Technician was personable, courteous and kept in contact with me the night before the appointment and again in the morning of the appointment. He even explained how I could possibly trouble shoot this problem myself if this happens again.
