He was. on time very knowledgeable on the problem with my printer, only 30mm it was fixed. The representative of the Geek squad stayed around and showed us how to clean the printer so this won't happen again. Grate guy!!!!

Agent came to my house to set up the operations of the new Canon printer with my computer. The service was GREAT and the agent was pleasant and friendly. He did an excellent job educating me and my wife in its uses with both of our computers and our printers.

The geek squad member who assisted me with my hp printer was on time , effective, and quick. After he successfully resolved my Wi-Fi issue, he asked me attempt to print a doc from my laptop and phone , both were effective! I am very grateful and pleased with my experience!

The agent found the reason my printer wasn't syching up with my computer and changed the WiFi settings which was causing the problem. He was had a very friendly and professional personality and was easy to talk to.

I had a very good experience with the Geek Squad members who set up my new printer. They answered my questions and showed me how this different Brand of printer works. They were careful with the equipment and showed me how to fill the ink properly. They were very helpful, professional, and kind.

excellent service. i was in need of quick service, as everything of mine had been disconnected. Customer service couldn't get me a quick appt, but store manger was able to get an appt for me within 2 days. amazing service.

HP printer issues... HP blocked my use of non HP cartridges and had the Geek Squad over to try and unblock. They tried everything , but HP is smarter than them . Once hp gets a hold of your printer, you're doomed.

Picked up a new Computer tower and set an appointment to have our information that was on the old computer moved over. Great Service. It didn't take them long to get everything moved that they are allowed to, and the service was great. Was able to come home and set the computer up myself.

They were great. Know what they need to do and do it.

The guys arrived and after describing what was going on with the printer they reset it so it could print wireless from the computer. Tested it to make sure all worked properly, checked everything out and was finished in about half an hour. Very professional and the work was beyond reproach.

Our in-home technical help was excellent. He arrived on time, accomplished the tasks we needed quickly, instructed us on usage and we performed a test to make sure it was working properly. This visit alone made our purchase of "Total Tech" well worth the price.
