The agent immediately knew what the problem with my printer was, fixed it, and showed me how to do another operation on it that I inquired about. He was very pleasant and friendly, and didn’t make me feel stupid!

Geeks always come on time and do more than i expected. They do more than expected for a lower price than expected. I have an "IT" person who does a very good job also but it's much eaiser to get the Geek Squad to do a job.

The Geek Squad member examined my printer and was unable to repair our HP printer. Their fault not his. The individual print head can't be replaced. I would definitely not recommend HP printers to anyone. Two years old and HP said "tough".

The agent set up my printer and then got the Microsoft Office 365 program which was installed incorrectly with the help of a tech from Microsoft to work properly. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable and efficient he was as he went about the job. I might also add friendly and easy to talk to

My old Windows 7 laptop would not connect to my printer when I had to change internet vendors. The Geek Squad tech arrived on time and loaded some drivers and now I am able to print as usual. The agent arrived on time and did a nice job.

When I called in for help they said another person was going to come. But I really liked the person who came. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, He was personable and he fixed the problem and showed how to get pout of the problem if it should happen again.

My computer had not been communicating with my printer since it had a new hard drive installed and I am such a profoundly non-technological human that I depend on my Geek Squad angels to come to my rescue. Bryam connected them. He was competent and personable and I am truly grateful.

The representative was great. He reprogrammed the Harmony remote and ansered numerous questions about a new sound bar to replace my old equipment. Geek Squad needs more technicians like him. Thank You.. Diane

It took 3 geek squad visits, but the printer is now sort of functional; that is, it has to be left ON and if there is a problem such as needs new ink or needs paper, it has to be given a "rest" for a day before turning on again. The problem is the product itself, and I would not buy another HP printer.

Austin did an excellent job of diagnosing my printer and recommending a new one. He was very knowledgeable and once I told him what I use a printer for he made a recommendation. Also told me much about Best Buy's place in the tech world. Very impressive

The GEEK SQUAD WOMAN solved my problem instantly by connecting my printer to my MAC. She also responded to all my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend her to any one. Thank you for the assistance.

Both the BB local management the Geek Squad are looking for sale not the customer satisfaction. After spending about $750 . the worst product is not functioning and not printing. The BB sells worst product. Too bad
