I must have the Geek Squade come to my house at least 3's a year. I'm 70, a widow and don't know anything about computers. Their technicians are knowledgable, have the patience to go over everything with me.

The agent was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the product and was able to connect my printer and resolve all my problems, connecting the Wi-Fi for my phone and two laptops.

The agent kept us informed as to when he would arrive. He was very courteous and in general a nice person as well as being very knowledgable. He corrected the problem in a timely fashion. Great service.

Hugo, the Best Buy agent, who helped install our new printer, returned to troubleshoot an issue with our printer. He was very efficient and was very helpful. Although the issue still persists, we have to turn on the printer each time we have to use it, he was very helpful.

Man who came was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Would welcome him back into my home at any time. He even showed me how to fix the problem if it comes up again. Was worth the $100!

Printer locked up when I attempted to install firmware update. Tech was able to get us up and running again. Still getting notice to install firmware update but I am ignoring it this time.

Tech Chis set up my printer to my satisfaction and made it and made. It run even better than it even. Your company should keep it quality technicians I am 75 years old keep people like like him

I was calling and chatting with HP customer support on almost a weekly basis. They finally determined I had a lemon printer and sent me a new one, but the problem continued. Geek Squad came out and had the issue corrected within 30 minutes. Geek Squad for the WIN!

The agent fixed more than just connecting my printer to my computer out here in Tuttle. There were a couple of viruses he fixed, and he showed me how to do some things on my computer.

The technician who showed up at my house was EXCELLENT!! He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly & extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions & made sure i understood everything.

The young lady who came to my home was a tremendous help and so kind and answered my concerns. She even loved my little dog. That goes a long way with me. Her name was Taylor I think..

Agent Hayk was outstanding....he diagnosed the issues and resolved them in a timely manner. He was very thorough and explained the situation during the process of correcting them .

The agent was very detailed in assistance and did all remotely possible to improve my printer function.

My printer was fixed I guess you do not real want a review if I need to give it more characters.

Our geek squad person was terrific. She came early so we didn’t have to wait a long time. She was personable and very helpful and reviewed issues with you and solved, and showed us how to solve our problem. We would recommend her highly.

Chris showed up on time and was able to get my printer to talk to my laptop remotely. Also give me some tips for problem solving. Akso checked my Best Buy Best Buy Security App to be sure everything was clear with no current threats. Great experience!
