Technicians Devin and Prentiss solved a problem which probably occurred because of a power outage while the printer was undergoing an upgrade. They did an excellent job and I was fortunate that GEEK SQUAD assigned them to the task.

Anytime that I have had to deal with the Geek squad, they have been very courteous and extremely knowledgeable, truly professional in every sense of the word. I have never experienced a problem and I have benefitted from their suggestions.

The Geek Squad agent ran a diagnostic on my printer problem and determined that an inkjet cartridge was at fault. It was a re-manufactured cartridge that was not a genuine HP product, and the HP printer did not function properly with it.

It is so nice to be able to call the Geek Squad to help with computer and electronics fixes. I grew up in the paper and pen generation and remember when computers and printers were the size of desks. To fix one Iam clueless.

The technician arrived on time, took care of the issue (changing printer ink) and patiently and kindly showed me how to do it myself. While I think $99 is a steep charge, I am grateful the issue was solved by such a efficient and friendly tech.

I bought a new refrigerator, love it ! The men who delivered it were wonderful. I have a broken leg and they kindly emptied the old refrigerator and filled the new one very neatly. They were thoughtful and kind, even making sure I knew where they had put my meds.

Geek squad tried and tried to fix my old printer but were not able to do so. They had a new printer on truck to install at a reasonable price and installed and got me going again.

I could not do without my Geek Squad. I have used them for everything, from my tv's ,printers, computers. All of the agents that have come to my home have been courteous, patient and will explain everything to me in detail.

The agent diagnosed and fixed my printer in minutes. I was afraid it was beyond repair! He also advised me on how to avoid the same issue in the future. I am eternally grateful!

Charles was amazing ! He's a born teacher. He explained what i needed to do to copy and print. He wrote instructions to help me for future use. He had me practice copying and printing. I am extremely grateful that you sent him to work with me!

Cody is the Best in guiding me with how to’s from the printer to the computer! I don’t recall the name of his tech assistant but he did a good job as well. So kuddos to them both.

The Geek Squad specialist was able to sort the problem. He was thoughtful in determining the printer-computer interface. His recommendation was a new router which was ordered. This was not a plug and plsy gix, rather a journey.

I sent in a review earlier regarding the Outstanding service I received however I know can't recall his name. His knowledge and professionalism was beyond expectation.

Efficient and quick technical support at home.

Agent fixed my printer and told me what was wrong with it. Very friendly and helpful. Also, I contacted Best Buy and they came out promptly- the very same day. Amazing.

He was timely, professional, made us feel that he wanted to assure that we understood and would make every effort to do whatever necessary in order to get the job done, and he did.
