Martin, the Geek Squad rep, was very polite, prompt and gave me helpful information even though he was unable to resolve the problem with the printer I had recently purchased at Best Buy. It would not communicate with my laptop, which I will have to replace.

The agents solved my problem of not being able to scan on my printer after I bought a new laptop. They were thorough and professional and quickly solved the problem. I can now scan documents.

The technician was on time and quickly assessed the problem of scanning. She explained with myMAC the procedure was different and showed me the steps. To be sure, she had me scan items to my file.

My Geek Squad tech moved my printer to a different location so I can more easil access my computer when needed. He also made some changes in mmy Windows programs to make them easier to find and use!

The problem was that my printer wouldn't print in color. The tech said that, due to the dryness of Colorado, inkjets tend to dry out. He managed to get the printer to print in color. He recommended buying a LaserJet printer.

My technician was on time and cordial. He listened to my issues and figured out what the problem was. It took some digging but you nailed it and I am very happy.

The Geek squad rep, removed the paper jam from my printer & showed me how to remove one in the future. Ask if there was any questions, or if I needed help with anything else.

He fixed the problem paper jam in the printer he was very helpful and reconnected the paper checked the ink cartridge and was very responsive and knowledgeable

The agent was super helpful. He solved the printer problem quickly. I asked him about a couple of other problems - slow computer and high Wi-Fi bill. His suggestions helped with tose problems also.

He arrived on time and went right to work to fix my printer problem. He double checked that everything was working well and gave us his card in case we had further problems; we didn't. I am very pleased and grateful.

Geek Squad is the best. I am not sure about 50 word minimum. The Geek members that have been to my house are always polite and very knowledgeable about their products.

The young lady from the Geek Squad came out to the house and tried to get my "dead" copier running. She tried everything and had no success. I felt she tried her best and when the horse is dead (my printer) it's time to dismount and buy another one.

My wife...NEVER me,..is constantly having problems with her computer and phone tech. I finally got smart and got the GS. Now, whenever there is a problem I simply shrug and say "call the GS". It's great!!
