Jose was great. I wanted to learn how to scan from my printer to my laptop. He showed me how and we scanned 1 item and then more than one page. He taught me where to find the scan stored.

The Geek sqad had to set us up tp the computer, but the printer works great.

David was great, very knowledgeable and truth with us. He even helped us research for a new printer. We told him what we wanted and expected. I would recommend him to anyone.

The employee carefully examined my Canon ImageClass MF264dw printer. We agreed that the printer needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the printer Canon warranty was valid. The printer was quickly replaced by Canon at no charge.

Age.nt didnot tell me that wifi is lost that I should turn off and unplug the printer. So when wi fi was lost after he left I couldnt get it back. I found out about wifi fix from the geek squad call in line.Ir worked and I was able to fix without another service visiit.

It does what I need it to do; once I figured out how it turned off and on which might seem simple to many but with failing eye sight the Geek squad help me out ( as usual)
