Well, I couldn't set up the Canon printer, the Geeks couldn't do it remotely, but a service call did the trick. All of this for a printer marked "easy set up"? Glad we are past the scary pandemic and can get in home service.

The agents started up my computer and explained the problem. I like dealing with the geek squad because they always give excellent and freindly service.

Shawn, our tech came out and re-establihed wireless connectivity with our desktop computer and we are able to print again. Shawn is very professional and friendly and timely as well.

Frontier replaced my router and I then had a problem to use the scanner on my HP printer. Daniel from the Geek Squad quickly resolved the problem.

The agent was able to fix my problem quickly. He had my computer and printer working properly and provided me with an explanation as to why the black ink dried up so quickly when I had not used it.

The person who came to my home was excellent and very quick. My experience with 3 on-line agents was not good. They were polite, but did not come close to fixing my issue.

AMAZING Geek Squad Service...After two geek squad agents could not fix my problem remotely, they sent out an in-home agent that fixed my problem within 5 minutes! Devon was AMAZING and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

The Geek Squad rep quickly ran some troubleshooting tests and explained things thoroughly. My printer was vack in business within 15-30 minutes.

Purchased HP Desk Jet 4133e printer. It worked fine for first 3-4 months. Then started having problems with it printing. Had Geek Squad out 3 times. Turned out to be the same person coming out. He always got it to work but days later I would have problems again. Think it has to be the printer itself. Not happy with this printer

The Geek Squad agent set up my new printer and explained how it worked. He was very knowledgable and helpful explaining how it operates. I later realized I didn't get a operation manual with my new printer.

The techs put together the table and mounted the tv. The agent we had explained everything as to how to use the remotes,the cable one and the one that came with the tv and had us use them. Hands on works.

I'm so greatful to the geeks they are all professionals who are proficient at there jobs. They are awesome. And they cover everything no question unanswered.
