I had to buy a new printer and Steven made the purchase and installation extremely easy. He explained everything to me and made sure the printer worked perfectly. He is a great representation of what a Geek Squad expert should be.

Even though my ink cartridges were fairly new, it seems I wasn't using the printer often enough and they dried out. He changed to my new ones and suggested that I print something every week.

I had scheduled printer troubleshooting Geek Squad visit because I was having trouble getting my laptop and the new printer synced up. On the morning the appoint was scheduled, I received a message that the meeting was cancelled. No reason for the cancellation was given. I DID schedule a new appt. a week or two later, and Daniel, I believe, was my Geek Squad person. He was here almost two hours, determined to fix the issue, and HE DID IT!

The agents work diligently on the assigned task (getting two printers up and running) and was professional. Sometimes the service that is “sold” is not what the technician can actually do.
