EXCELLENT SERVICE, SOLVED MY PC TO PRINTER PROBLEM IN A FLASH. WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN IF NEEDED. HOPEFULLY WITH THE SAME SERVICE TECH.

The representative was an expert in installing my Epson printer. He showed me the steps he was taking and I understood the operation and maintenance of the new printer better than if I had done it myself. Excellent job!

I had excellent service. The technician showed up right on time and was efficient figuring out possible reasons for my printer not working. And he was very good at exposing things clearly.

The folks on line were helpful but needed to schedule an in house visit so the problem could be resolved. My Geek was a peach...knowledgeable, patient and informative. The issue is resolved.

A phone review of HP printer issues of a printer only 13 months old was very helpful. End result was determined to be an internal hardware issue that warranted a return for credit towards a new printer.
