Eric installed my canon printer and I asked if I would be able to also print from my Chromebook and he said yes however I have not been able to print from there

The agent solved my printer problem quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. I’m now a big Geek Squad fan, but doubt that I’ll need future assistance on other purchases.

The service agent was amazing and patient. He stayed longer due to the printer being slow because of needing to be updated.
