Tech arrived on time and removed unnecessary printer drivers that were installed by remote tech. Tech set up the PC snd Laptop so they could print and scan to email.

Unfortunately, there was nothing he could do but he did point me as tp where to go to the manufacturer to replace a small broken plastic part.
