I called to request the geek squad to come and fix my HP page wipe Pro printer and the representative failed to tell me that they couldn't fix printers they can only look at them with that said I was charged $125 for them to come in just take a look at my printer to tell me what was wrong with it and still they had no answer for me I was very disappointed and wanted my money back. Now I'm just out of $125!

Jeffery spent over an hour but could not find the Cause of Sporadic Not Printing. Suggested maybe Android, and to try Apple or Windows operating systems. I was pleased with Jeffers diligence.

Michael T. did an excellent job fixing my printer. The print head was dirty and Michael performed the cleaning process. Michael also instructed me on the process.
